We are looking for Mature Sales Executives to professionally develop and grow Real Estate business to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.The job purpose is selling and marketing of real estate projects and maintaining a good working relationship with all clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities and prospects, sourcing new clients and ensuring business growth
- Selling real estate products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Participate and contribute towards new products development and aggressive sale of the same
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure good customer service to all the clients
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum education level is a Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Degree in Marketing from a reputable institution
- Minimum 4 years hands on experience in sales, experience in real estate market is an added advantage
