It has been two years since Nakuru’s elevation to city status and Optiven made the grand entry to Nakuru with its premiere project “Ushindi Gardens” 18 minutes from our main offices at Golden Life Mall. Nakuru residents have benefitted from the entry of Optiven as employment opportunities were tapped and are still growing with the ongoing value additions as the gold level project continues to take shape.

Tom Kibet, Regional Manager for the Rift valley region with George Karanja the Liaison Manager of Ushindi Gardens with his team were also present and thanked Nakuru County for the support they have been accorded the past 8 months. Currently the project has compacted murram roads, with electricity and water reticulation processes ongoing. Ushindi Gardens will surely change the landscape of gated communities in Nakuru city and investors are encouraged to get a bite of the cake as the project has 98% uptake.
