Customer Service Week was officially launched at Optiven Limited by the customer service manager, Lilian Waka to kick start a week to reflect, celebrate, and provide better customer engagement and service delivery to our clients. The week-long event is a series of activities highlighting our commitment to delivering outstanding experience in line with the Customer Service Week theme 2024, “Above and Beyond.”

Throughout the week, Optiven internal clients will be treated to a series of activities with amazing rewards and prizes to be won. One of the highlights will be the “Customer Service Theme” award, which will be presented to staff who are best dressed according to the day’s theme. In addition to internal celebrations, we have sent personalized messages to our clients, launched an exclusive campaign for October, and conducted surveys to identify areas of improvement.
