Real Estate Sales Executives – 20 Positions
We seek to hire an ambitious Sales Executive to aid us grow our business in the real estate sector. The successful person will be required to do the following;
Duties and responsibilities
- Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects
- 2. Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
- 3. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real estate market
- 4. Liaise with the Sales Managers periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
- 5. Plan and implement strategies to improve market share
- 6. Assist in the development of weekly and monthly targets to boost annual sales goals
- 7. Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- 8. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
- 9. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- 10. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- 11. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
12. Assist marketing team in preparing necessary collateral material - 13. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property deals
- 14. Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
- 15. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time
Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Sales & Marketing, business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field. At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management
- 2. Proven track record of sourcing and securing new business
- 3. Thorough knowledge of Real Estate industry
- 4. Ability to achieve sales targets
- 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 6. Well-groomed with excellent presentation skills
- 7. Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
- 8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 9. Should be a person of high integrity and honest
- 10. Pleasant personality, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
