Optiven CEO Dr. George Wachiuri in the first half of the year was occupied with diaspora trips that have seen him traverse over 20 cities in 2024. In the second half, however, he incorporated different strategies and ideas to achieve our big success including weekly site visits for marketers especially every Wednesday and Friday to our various projects.

Dr. Wachiuri explains that the real estate industry is a dynamic landscape where perception is as crucial as the product and the synergy between conceptualization and reality, becomes paramount. We visited our projects in Nanyuki, Nakuru, Naro Moru, and Kimuka with the primary benefit being the first-hand experience and a comprehensive perspective enhanced by visual content.

These visual assets are important for digital marketing, social media, and promotional materials as authentic, well-crafted visuals provide potential investors with a realistic view of the property. This direct exposure allows for more accurate and compelling unique selling points as we are synonymous with under-promising and over-delivery.

All the visits to our project led by our chief executive include Facebook lives offering real-time engagement that builds trust among our viewers as we confidently address questions and concerns while providing updates and detailed information. Value addition updates are crucial information to our clients and the recent visits to the projects provide a platform to share new developments in our projects.
