Optiven which has been in existence for 25 years this year, is leveraging on it’s customer needs and sustainability agenda as well as it’s vision to socially and economically empower the society, through it’s offering of properties within it’s portfolio.
Among the key features that set Optiven apart from the others is it’s intentionality to provide vast opportunities to investors ranging from the most affordable properties to the luxurious opulent properties. It is this aspect that has endeared Optiven to it’s customers with many citing the much embraced installment payments for various projects.
Cathrine Khasoa, Lead for Corporate Affairs at Optiven says, “the strategic decision to provide our investors with an opportunity to pay for their properties in installments is one of the ways we are able to achieve this year’s World Habitat theme, to reaffirm the basic right of shelter and reflect on the transformation of urban environments.” Optiven has previously been recognized for it’s inclusivity in enabling investors to enjoy the basic right of a home while improving their social economic status. https://www.optiven.co.ke/newsblogs/optiven-is-the-best-in-embracing-financial-inclusion/
