The roll out of #PataPasakanaOptiven campaign was the launch pad for the Easter campaign under Optiven. As the month of March begun, there was still much more in store for the investors taking advantage of the campaign that was rolled out on 21st of February 2021. Following the launch of Love Gardens in the Kajiado County metropolis, Optiven in partnership with one of its subsidiaries PMC Estates will offer property management services. Under the new engagement, both brands will work together to find tenants and manager properties for the first ten customers to build at their respective plots. The offer launched on 1st March 2021 is expected to boost those who already own plots in the project and new customers keen on building inside the Love Gardens project.
George Wachiuri, Chief Executive at Optiven Group, confirmed the partnership with PMC Estates adding that, ‘to further boost this dream, we shall also offer the customers 20 bags of cement, all free of charge.” This is welcome news to the customers as it further encourages more and more investors on the project to begin developing their plots.

Peter Kariuki, Managing Director at PMC Estates welcomed the partnership with Optiven Limited noting that it is a great opportunity to deliver zero-gap occupancy of the properties.
According to Kariuki, this will lead to occupied houses where the presence of tenants will further guarantee return on investment for the investors. He added that “the beneficiaries under the partnership will further be Landlords Bila Stress as PMC Estates will not only manage tenant relationships, but also care for the property to maintain its standard as an investment”.

As at March 1st 2021, the project had been installed with the construction of a water tower which will be integrated with the already sunk bole hole on the project.
