Investors at Ushindi Gardens by Optiven had the great opportunity to know their neighbours during a well attended meetup on Saturday 25th January 2025. The meetup was a follow up on the Jaza Basi Twende Ushindi where Optiven took time to update the investors on the value additions.
The four star project that is Ushindi Gardens has seen tremendous transformation beginning with the beaconing of the project and fencing with chain link supported by concrete poles across the project. The last quarter has seen the project receive it’s second gate that will serve phase three and four customers.
So far phase one and two are sold out as the project internal road infrastructure has since been completed and the water reticulation process is underway with the borehole already identified and dug. The project is located on the Nakuru Highway within Sobea. It is surrounded by serene landscapes of flowing greens and hues of grey on the ground which integrates in patterns with a blended blue sky.
